further ado here are the songs we have for this week;
1. IllBliss ft Reekado Banks X Mr. Eazi - Jawonlaya: As we await the much talked about Illgaty album Oga Boss decides to tease us with another sound from the album. This track is dope from beginning to end, the beat and production, the chorus and hook, everything about this song is dope. The rating would be 9/10.
2. Jesse Jagz - Boom: Jargo drops another dope joint as we also await the first of the three projects he would be releasing this year. Boom proves that Jesse Jagz is really the greatest, the rating would be 10/10.
3. Jhybo - Iya Yin: Jhybo is back again and he has picked up from where he left us, after serving us with songs like Lomo, Adura Elijah, Money Sure Pass just to mention a few, Jhybo serves us with another sick joint titled Iya Yin. The rating would be 8/10.
4. K9 – Keep It 100: Okay, I just have to say this, K9 really burst my head with this song. Everything about this song is simple, from the instrumentals to the production down to the lyrics and even the message behind the song. K9 kept it really 100 and the rating would be 9/10.
5. Mode9 ft Terry Tha Rapman X Doc Def - Wrong Number: When you have two of the greatest all time rapper in Nigeria on a track, what you get is Epic Lit. This is classic rap and has broken into the top three of my best Naija rap song of the year. The rating would be 10/10 and yes big shout out to Doc Def for the production of this song.
6. Mr Raw ft Flavour - Blessing: This is what I call the eastern connect, Mr. Raw and Flavour decided to come together and bless us with this matured and beautiful song titled Blessing. Masterkraft is the man behind the wonderful work that was done on the production and the rating would be 9/10.
7. Orezi - Call The Police: The Ghenghen master is back and this time he is asking someone to Call The Police. Now what trips me about this song is the sick production, mehn that instrumental is wicked and as for Orezi I'm glad he went back to his real Orezi style on this one. The rating would be 9/10.
8. YQ - Style Of Making Love: This Young John and YQ combination seems to be working right as YQ jumps on this Young John produced beat and I must say I am impressed with this song. The rating would be 9/10.
9. Falz ft Ajebutter22 X Fresh L - Regards To Your Momsi: This is another collaboration that's looking good as Falz and Ajebutter22 are becoming a thing. Regards To Your Momsi is like the extended version of Bahd Gang. Everyone on this track came through including Fresh L. the rating would be 8/10.
10. Dipp - Yokozuna: Yes the half human-half amazing Dipp is back and as always he didn’t disappoint on this track called Yokozuna. This track, just like other tracks for this week, is a brilliant song and the rating would be 8/10.
Thank you...
