New Doctor Strange Image

 

It’s not the most revealing Doctor Strange image you’ll find on the interwebs but it does offer up an all-new look at Benedict Cumberbatch suited and booted as the title magician. He’s also sporting a couple of facial cuts around his left. Could Yahoo’s picture be teasing a confrontation between our sorcerer in training and one of the film’s many foes? It certainly appears so. If nothing else, this still is a timely reminder of just how convincing Cumberbatch is portraying one Stephen Strange, and we can hardly wait to see that performance play out over the course of Scott Derrickson’s origin tale.

Headlining the mystical action as Doctor Strange is Sherlock stalwart Benedict Cumberbatch. He’ll be flanked by Rachel McAdams, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Amy Landecker, Scott Adkins, Michael Stuhlbarg, Benedict Wong, Tilda Swinton and Mads Mikklesen as the conniving Kaecilius.

Marvel has mapped out plans to conjure up Doctor Strange in time for November 4.
