News On “Live Fast Die Hot”

 

Live Fast Die Hot, Jenny Mollen’s newly-published memoir, has hit the ground running over at Warner Bros. Soon after the studio snapped up the poignant yarn of self-discovery and breaking out of one’s comfort zone, Deadline reports that Anne Hathaway has come attached to lead the feature film as Mollen herself.

Here’s an extract of the author’s acclaimed memoir:

“Live Fast Die Hot is a collection of stories about what happens when you realize that some things are more important than crafting the perfect tweet. It follows Jenny to Morocco, where she embarks on a quest to prove to herself that she can travel alone without reenacting a plotline from Taken. It shows her confronting demons—most of them from childhood, a few from the spirit realm. And it culminates in Peru, where Jenny decides that maybe the cure for her anxiety as a mom lies at the bottom of a cup of ayahuasca.”

Beyond Anne Hathaway inking a deal to star and produce Live Fast Die Hot, there’s no word of a director or even screenwriter to report as of yet. That’s likely to change very soon indeed given Jenny Mollen’s bestselling source material.
