Miley Cyrus And Her Dad Would Perform A Tribute Song Together

 

Miley Cyrus has teamed up with dad Billy Ray Cyrus to offer an emotional musical tribute to a friend who took his own life in order to raise awareness about suicide prevention.

In a video posted to Facebook, Cyrus plays piano while her dad joins in on guitar to sing “How’ve Ya Been,” from the singer’s 2006 album “Wanna Be Your Joe”. According to Miley’s caption, her father wrote the song “after his best friend took his own life because of discrimination in his community.”
