Former Nigeria Women U-17 Team Coach Becomes New Manager Of Katsina United

 

Bala Nkiyu has been appointed head coach of newly promoted Nigeria Professional Football League side, Katsina United. Nkiyu had earlier agreed to work as assistant to Mohammed Babaganaru at Wikki Tourists, but has now backed out of the move.

Katsnina United are back in the top flight after spending over a decade in the Nigeria National League – NNL. The move makes Katsina United the tenth club to have appointed a new coach ahead of the 2016/2017 season.

NPFL big guns like Enyimba, Kano Pillars, Shooting Stars, Wikki Tourists and Akwa United will all have new coaches in charge next season.
