Jessica Henwick Joins The Defenders Cast

 

Now that the cameras are officially rolling on The Defenders, in the past few days the studio has filled out the cast of its anticipated team-up series with a host of familiar faces. First up, we had the additions of Deborah Ann Woll and Simone Missick; then came confirmation that Elden Henson, Eka Darville, and Carrie-Anne Moss would appear across the show’s eight episode run; before Marvel capped off its casting spree with Rosario Dawson, Scott Glenn, and Rachael Taylor.

The latest update from The Defenders Twitter feed confirms Jessica Henwick for the 2017 series, it also includes a fleeting glimpse of the Game of Thrones star in action as Colleen Wing. A close ally to Danny Rand, this is an exciting glimpse of what to expect from Henwick come 2017.

All eight episodes of The Defenders have been slated to premiere via Netflix in 2017.
