Scotland Changes Jersey Colour, Now To Wear Pink

Scotland will take on England in their World Cup European Qualifier at Wembley on November 11 in their pink changed shirts. It is understood that the white sleeves on Scotland's blue home kit clash with the light blue sleeves on England's home kit, so FIFA have decided the Scots will wear pink shirts, with black shorts and black socks.

England will wear their kit of predominantly white shirts, with light blue sleeves, white shorts and red socks. FIFA has confirmed that in World Cup qualifiers, home teams are entitled to wear their kit of choice.
Their rules state: If the two teams' colours might cause confusion, the host team shall be entitled to wear its official team kit and the visiting team shall use its reserve team kit or, if necessary, a combination of the official and the reserve team kits.

The decision was made after the SFA submitted images of Scotland's home and away kits to FIFA's World Cup match commissioner, who decided the Scots should play in their away colours.
