pleased to have won her second ever Women's Africa Cup of Nations titleafter
ther Super Falcons beat Cameroon 1-0 in Yaounde to with the 2016 edition
Oshoala
however admits that it was a tough battle landing a 10th AWCON title
for Nigeria in Cameroon. Oshoala on Sunday said the wealth of experience
in the team made the difference at the tournament.
She said “It was a tough tournament, but I'm
happy we won and this is my second AWCON title, we were the team to beat
and that made it tough, but we had a good team packed with so much
experience to land another title.”
The Arsenal Ladies forward emerged top
scorer of the tournament with five goals, scored in five games at the
tournament.
