Former Warri Wolves and Enyimba coach, Paul Aigbogun is in line to replace Kenichi Yatsuhashi at FC IfeanyiUbah. The Japanese American
born coach, Yatsuhashi, walked away from the Anambra Warriors on Saturday
citing interference in his job by officials of the club as key reason behind
his action following defeats in their opening two games in the ongoing 2016
Nigeria Professional Football League Super-Four competition.
The
Nnewi-based side are now looking for a replacement for the former Accra Hearts of Oak coach. They are looking
on to Aigbogun to fill the vacant position. Aigbogun is currently without
a job after Enyimba failed to renew his contract at the end of last season
following a poor campaign in the league.
In
Aigbogun's reign, Enyimba finished in the 9th position in the NPFL last season,
and also failed to make it past the group stage in the CAF Champions League. He
led Warri Wolves to a second place finish in the previous season.
