Mayorkun wins Headies Rookie Of The Year

Mayorkun has been announced as the 2016 Headies Rookie Of the Year. He defeated Mz. Kiss, Terry Apala, Dice Ailes and DMW label mate, Dremo to win the prize.

‘Winner of this category was not announced at the awards because the nominees were late for their opening performances and we had to move swiftly to other scheduled programs,’ awards organizers said in a statement.
