Iretiola Doyle emerges Nollywood most bankable actress

According to numbers released to TNS by Film One Distribution, Iretiola Doyle has emerged the most bankable actress in Nollywood in the past year.

This is for obvious reasons:

In 2016, the actress appeared in three out of the 15 films that topped the box office.

Those films include The Wedding Party, which grossed in N203m, Dinner, which grossed in N22m and The Arbitration, which grossed in N17m.

And even though actress, Adesua Etomi also appeared in two out of the aforementioned movies, Doyle’s appearance in Dinner, a movie that grossed in N22m cemented her place as the most bankable Actress.

Iretiola Doyle’s appearance in three movies with a grand box office total of N242m places her above Adesua Etomi’s total of N240m.

Doyle also features in The Grudge, a movie that didn’t make it to the top 15.
