FA Charge Manchester United For Failing To Control Players

Manchester United have been charged by the Football Association for failing to control their players during their 1-0 loss to Chelsea in the FA Cup. A statement released by the FA said the charge related to an incident in the 35th minute of the match, which saw United players protest the sending off of Ander Herrera.
United players gathered round referee Michael Oliver after the Spanish midfielder was shown a second yellow card for a foul on Eden Hazard.

The statement said “Manchester United have been charged for failing to control its players. It follows an incident in the 35th minute of The FA Cup quarter final match against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge yesterday [Monday 13 March 2017].
