to reports, West Bromwich Albion are
planning a summer move for Nigerian winger Moses
Simon. It was reported that West Brom sporting and technical director Nick Hammond was in Barnet on
Thursday to scout the 21-year-old Super Eagles winger who featured in the
1-1 draw against Senegal at Barnet’s The Hive ground.
Simon
played for 61 minutes before being replaced by Watford’s Isaac Success in the encounter. The Baggies had in the
past made checks on the former AS
Trencin winger when his Belgian side Gent
faced Tottenham in the Europa
League last 32 round, and defeat Spur 3-2 on aggregate.
Simon is
expected to help Gent fight for the title in the Belgian top flight play-offs
which next weekend.
