Glen Johnson Extends Deal With Stoke City

Stoke City defender Glen Johnson has extended his contract with the Potters after signing a one-year extension with Stoke, committing him to the Potters until at least the summer of 2018.

Johnson has featured 21 times in all competitions this season. Johnson's impressive career includes a Premier League title success with Chelsea and FA Cup win with Liverpool, as well as 54 England caps.

He said “It was a no-brainer for me when the Club indicated they wanted me to sign a contract extension, I've really enjoyed my time as a Stoke City player so far. People made me feel really welcome from the moment I walked through the door two years and it's a good place to be. I still feel as though I've got plenty to offer as a player and want to continue to help Stoke City move forward.”
