Roma Signs Kolarov From Manchester City

Serie A club Roma has announced the signing of Manchester City defender Aleksandar Kolarov who signed a three-year deal. Kolarov has completed a €5m (£4.4m) move to the Stadio Olimpico after being allowed to leave Manchester City.

Kolarov will now join up with the Italian club in Boston as they continue their pre-season tour of the United States. Kolarov could make his debut for Roma against Tottenham in the International Champions Cup on Wednesday.

Kolarov told Roma's website “I am extremely happy to be here, I will give 100 per cent and more for Roma. My objective is always the same: to win.”
