Coach of Rivers United Stanley Eguma, believes his team will
beat Tunisia's Club Africain in
their matchday day 5 clash in the group stages of the CAF Confederation Cup at
the Yakubu Gowon Stadium Port Harcourt on Sunday.
The Tunisians are tied on six points with Rivers United but have a
better goal difference of +1 while Rivers have a -1 goal difference. Group
leaders FUT Rabat also have six
points with a +2 goal difference. Interestingly bottom-placed KCCA have six points with a -2 goal
difference.
He said “North African teams are
extremely good so we know we have a huge game on our hands, our last two group matches are teams that we
do not want to lose to so we can possibly top the table with victories. We have
lost twice away from home but we want to ensure that we finish top.”
