G-Wordldwide drags Kiss Daniel, claims rights over the stage name 'Kiss Daniel'

So some days ago, the whole internet heard the news about Kiss Daniel leaving his G-Worldwide label. We all thought all was well and fine until today when news broke out that the label is taking Kiss Daniel to court stating that the contract Kiss has with them hasn't expired so anyone who does business with Kiss does so at his/her own risk. More shockingly, the label also claims that own the stage name 'Kiss Daniel - this could mean that even if Kiss get to leave G-Worldwide, he might never be able to use that stage name anymore.
