#AHMusicReview: Songs from Chinko Ekun, Shatta Wale, Mr. Real, others on this week's Music Review

Yes it’s time for another episode of Absolute Hearts Music Review, the best music review from the continent of Africa. And as we proceed, let us quickly tell you that our head of music in person of HaFeesto’Nova is now an official member of the Sweet Boys Association under the leadership of Falz The Bahd Guy.
Without any further ado, let’s jump into what we have for this week;
1. Falz - Sweet Boy: This is the official anthem of all members of the Sweet Boys Association and as expected Falz, who just picked up his second AMVCA, making him the only artiste to have won two AMVCAs, did perfect justice on this dope hip hop song. The rating for this song will be 8/10 and I can tell you this is a song that will trend a lot.
2. Chinko Ekun ft. Lil Kesh x Zlatan Ibile - Able God: After teasing his fans on social media, Chinko Ekun finally dropped what might be his biggest hit this year and on the Rexxie produced track, Chinko features Lil Kesh and Zlatan Ibile and together they gave us a banger that the street will definitely rock to. Though I have to say the instrumentals sounds alike to that of Wande Coal’s Iskabba, still this is a decent song with an 8/10 rating.
3. Mr. Real ft. Niniola x DJ Maphorisa x Vista x DJ Catzico - Legbegbe (Remix): It’s not a common thing in Nigeria music industry to hear a remix of a song that sounds better than the original version but I have to say with the South African sound Mr. Real added to his popular hit song Legbegbe, this song just became a continental hit and will give the song more popularity. This remix which carries the famous South African sound Qgom, features South African artistes DJ Maphorisa, Vista, DJ Catzico and Nigerian female singer Niniola and together they gave us one of the best remix you will hear this year, the e rating will be 9/10.
4. Shatta Wale - Caan Hol Wi Down: One of Ghana's finest dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale comes through with this dope reggae love song titled Caan Hol Wi Down. I have been a fan of Shatta for a long time but I still have to admit this is something different from him, not sure I have heard Shatta this cool and melodious on a song before. Shatta really came through on this and the rating will be 8/10.
5. Sean Tizzle ft. Davido - Kpa Kpa (Remix): After the major success of his previous single Pempe, Sean Tizzle returns with the remix to one of his previous song Kpa Kpa and this remix which features Davido was produced by Fresh. To be honest, this isn’t a bad song but it’s really hard to ignore the voicing on this song, I really need to ask what happened to Sean Tizzle voice? This isn’t that Sean Tizzle voice that we are used to, his voice was off and I will put the blame on Fresh or whoever mixed the song, I feel they should have done a better job with the voice as the rating will be 6/10.
6. Olamide - Logba Logba: What else can we say about Olamide that hasn’t really been said before, while we still can’t get enough of his previous hit Motigbana, Olamide once again linked up with producer Killertunez to give us their third song together within the space of three weeks and their latest effort is titled Logba Logba. On this one, Olamide was a bit laid back in terms of his delivery pattern, as he sings in a more mature way. The rating will be 7/10 as Killertunez once again came through with the production of this song.
7. Lil Kesh ft. Duncan Mighty - Flengo: Lil Kesh makes another return with a decent highlife song titled Flengo and on this Rexxie produced song he features Duncan Mighty. In as much as I’m of the opinion that Kesh still needs to go back to Pheelz and Young John to score that monster hit, I have to be honest that Rexxie did a brilliant job on the production of this song and Duncan Mighty even murdered the song more than Kesh himself. The rating of this song will be 7/10
8. Shank - Gyal Dem x Bruk It (ft. Javada): Yes, the Ghetto man is back, after taking a long break from the music scene, Shank makes a huge return dropping two fire sounds titled Gyal Dem and Bruk It (ft. Javada). You can tell Shank has kept in touch with the current sounds as both songs contain elements of today’s dancehall sound and I have to say he couldn’t have done a better job especially for comeback songs. The rating for each of the songs will be 8/10.
9. Oriste Femi - Agadatu: Musical Taliban, Oriste Femi is here with another dance song titled Agadatu. This is another dope tune from Oriste that will definitely make you get your groove on as he delivers well on this mid fast tempo Galala/dancehall song and the rating will be 7/10.
10. Victor AD - No Idea: Victor AD isn’t slowing down at all and I like that, his song Wetin We Gain is still doing very well on the street and is steadily topping charts but Victor AD isn’t getting carried away as he his back with another song titled No Idea. On this Fuji-highlife inspired sound or what the Yoruba people will call Alugo, Victor AD is trying to tell us that there is really no genre of music he can’t sing. Yes this might not gain much attention like his previous song but this is another decent song coming from Victor AD and the rating of this love song will be 7/10.
11. Terry Tha Rapman ft. DJ Combs x Big Daddy Jayy-  Handcuffz: If there is one rapper that has always held hip hop down, Terry Tha Rapman is the name you all should be calling. This the latest effort coming from the rapper, he features DJ Combs and Big Daddy Jayy and I have to say this is another rap song that should go straight up your playlist as TR really held it down on this one. The rating will be 8/10
