Absolute Hearts Weekly Music Review & Song Of The Week

I am always excited about Mondays, you want to know why? Well isn’t it obvious? it is because every Monday I get to bring you the Absolute Hearts Weekly Music Review and like every other Monday, these are the songs we shall be reviewing for this week.

1.      Small Doctor Ft Olamide – You Know? : First let me say thumb ups to Jaypizzle for the production of this song, it was top notch. I am not a fan of Small Doctor but I must confess he didn't do badly on this song and of course Olamide gave it the balance it needed. I rate the song 7/10.

2.      Cynthia Morgan Asampo: Really Cynthia Morgan is really enjoying herself in the industry as she as continue to give us good music. Asampo is another good tune and I rate this one 7/10. This was an E-Kelly produced tune.

3.      Ruggedman- U.T.I (Under The Influence): Ruggedman came out hard on this one as he reminds us that he still that Ruggedman of Ehen as he took some sublime shot at some people. This is another solid rap joint from Ruggedman and Under The Influence would be having an 8/10 rating.

4.      DJ Kaywise ft Olamide X Vector: My first disappointment about this song was the fact that it was produce by Pheelz Mr.Producer and it sounded so confusing. The whole fuji thing Olamide was trying to do wasn't just working and Pheelz should have noticed that. The only plus the song has is the beat and Vector rap that I would be giving the song a 5/10.

5.      Naetoe C ft Olamide - Kere: Nice production from TeeY Mix, I mean the beat sounded really dope and this time Olamide was on point on this track. As for Naeteo once more he showed us just why we can’t rule him out of this rap game just yet. Rating for this song is 8/10.

6.      1stpaperboi Ft Erigga -Ghetto Story: This is just a beautiful song with a good story of a ghetto child and his ghetto struggle. 1stpaperboi sounded very dope with his verse as Mr Sleek killed on the chorus and Erigga brought in that true ghetto story. I give the song 8/10 because it had a story line which people can relate with.

7.      Seriki Ft Olamide- Somebody: Seriki keeps putting out that quality song that just keeps bursting my brain and once again Olamide did well on this track. I was impressed with the way Olamide took the chorus of this song and how Seriki himself blended into the song was dope. I rate the song 8/10.

8.      Dice Ailes - Machinery: I have never been a fan of Dice Ailes but I would be a true hater if I don't love this song, Machinery is a true club banger with dope beat and madt lyrics. I must confess that I have literally been dancing like machinery since I heard this song, my rating for this RitzyBeatz produced song would be 9/10

9.      Tekno - Wash: Your favourite boy Tekno is back again with another hit called Wash. DJ Coublon was on fire with the production of this song and Tekno just killed it. I give the song an 8/10

10.  Ketchup Ft Uhuru - Baby Paulina: Okay I don't know if it is because of Uhuru or Ketchup himself but I am guessing it a combination of both that made this song hot, the sound and instrumentals are just so dope. This song was produced by Jayce Paul and Uhuru and I rate it 9/10.

11.  Chidinma- Baby Na Love (Oyokoyo): I just have one thing to say about this song, the Chidinma I know and love is back. I mean it was this kind of song that made me love Ms. Kedike and for real she did get her groove back on this one. I would giving this song an 8/10

12.  Kiss Daniel - Good Time: From the beginning to the end of this song I was blown away, I mean I literally fell in love with Kiss Daniel for this song. Everything about this song is just so on point that the rating would have to be 9/10 and of course good production by . DJ Coublon.

13.  Milli -Unlooking: First of let me salute CKay and Reinhard for the madt production that was done on this joint. With this song Milli might have infused a new slang to the streets as I see the song Unlooking soon becoming every one’s favourite. The rating for this song would be a 9/10.

14.  Pepenazi- One For The Road: Nice production from Pheelz Mr Producer though the instrumental of this song sounds a little bit like Pepenazi former song Illegal. Gradually Pepenazi is trying to win our hearts and with song like this he would surely get there, I rate this song 7/10

15.  Falz: Falz The Bahd Guy just released his sophomore album titled Stories That Touches and here are some of the songs we are reviewing. I must say this album is a good one better than his debut album and if you haven’t gotten your own then you are missing.

Solider ft Simi: Really the collaboration between Simi and Falz is turning out to be superb so far. Nice production and also nice story line and all in all nice song. I rate this song an 8/10.

Clap ft Reminisce: Sess killed it on this beat and Falz and Reminisce just released the monster in them on this lovely rap joint. The rating for this song would be 8/10.

Okay so the Song Of The Week for this week will be Chidinma - Baby Na love and the Recommended song of the week will be Dice Ailes - Machinery. Stay glued to Absolute Hearts Music Industry Reviews as we bring you our Weekly Video Review on Friday.
