I Watched My Parents Film Sex Scenes As A Kid- Dakota Johnson

Growing up with famous parents, Dakota Johnson was no stranger to a film set as a kid. She would often accompany her mom, Working Girl actress Melanie Griffith, and dad, Miami Vice star Don Johnson, to their various film shoots and watch them work but sometimes, she saw a little more than she bargained for.

Dakota said “I was around for a lot of it and I would watch them but there were also things I could see that I didn't want to, like watch my parents have sex with other people. There was a scene where my mom got slapped in the face, I lost my mind! I couldn't deal with that at all”

None of it was enough to turn Johnson off from going into the family business as she has earned her place among Hollywood's elite with her breakout role in the steamy romance film Fifty Shades of Grey and her upcoming rom-com How to Be Single.  While one might think growing up in the spotlight would help the actress adjust to her growing fame, Johnson still has a strong distaste for the word celebrity. “I understood that my family was famous, I saw the way it felt from the inside, and that put me off to ever feeling like I was capable of gawking at someone because they were famous” she said.
