Adam Johnson Jurors Shown Mobile Phone Pictures

Jurors at the trial of former Sunderland player Adam Johnson have been shown pictures taken on his mobile phone as an image of his groin area was one from a number downloaded from the 28years old's mobile.

Kate Blackwell the prosecuting barrister said they were a series of images of the defendant himself and one separate photograph of his groin area. The photos came to light as forensic computer expert Paul Hunton took the stand. Dr Hunton said he had looked at the phone taken from Johnson's house and could verify various web pages were looked at on February 3, 2015.

The former Sunderland winger has admitted grooming the 15-year-old girl and kissing her in his Range Rover on that date last year but denies two further charges of sexual activity with a child.
