Khloe Kardashian And Lamar Odom Board A Private Jet To NYC

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have been seen together for the first time since he nearly lost his life in October following an overdose as Khole and her estranged husband were pictured boarding a private jet together in Los Angeles.

Rumour has it that they would be making a joint appearance at Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 fashion show and album listening party at Madison Square Garden. They are thought to be joining the other members of the Kardashian family, including Khloe's sister Kim and younger half-sister Kylie Jenner, both of whom have made appearances in New York over the previous couple of days.  Khloe was bundled up in a large coat, leggings and a fluffy scarf, while her ex towered over her and was seen to be wearing a beige trench coat and headphones on his head.

Lamar appeared fit and healthy as he watched Khloe chat to their aides, his 6ft 8in frame standing out against the dark backdrop of the airport at night.  Lamar has made a remarkable recovery since being found unconscious and rushed to hospital in Nevada in October, with doctors fearing he wouldn't make it. The basketball player fell into a dramatic coma after suffering 12 strokes in October as a result of an overdose and hope of recovery was extremely tenuous at many points. Khloe's ex is doing very well with the return of many of his cognitive functions meaning he can process and speak thoughts as well as hold conversations.

Sources tell TMZ that although the star is not completely back to himself, as he still suffers memory loss and speech difficulties, he is certainly on his way. Lamar is said to be aiming to be running and again and his hike with his ex-wife was a step in the right direction, while he has reportedly been told he could even play basketball again. The former Lakers star has faced a long road to recovery since his overdose in a Nevada brothel, with doctors initially fearing he wouldn't pull through.
