Prison Break Returns With Some Of Its Original Cast Members
Fox's Prison Break revival is gearing up to begin shooting, which
means that more and more cast members from the original series are signing up
to return for the reboot event series.
To help keep straight who's in and who's out, here is a compiled list of
everyone who has confirmed to reprise their role from the original series. The
nine-episode Prison Break event series is set to debut on Fox in the
2016-17 season and below are those original cast that would be returning
Dominic Purcell: Prison Break couldn't return
without its two key players, including Purcell as Lincoln Burrows, the man
framed for the murder of the vice president's brother, sparking the events of
the series.
Wentworth Miller: Despite the fact that we saw Michael
Scofield's gravestone in the season four finale epilogue, Miller is also set to
return for the revival.
Paul Adelstein: Paul Kellerman, a.k.a. the shady secret
service agent who played a big role in the conspiracy that framed Lincoln
Burrows for murder, is the latest actor to sign on for the reboot. When we last
saw him, he was alive and well and a Congressman running for president.
Sarah Wayne Callies: Callies is returning as Sara Tancredi,
the prison doctor-turned-love interest for Miller's Scofield, and the mother of
Michael's son.
Amuary Nolasco: Nolasco played Fernando Scure, Michael's
cell-mate at Fox River State Penitentiary who helped Sara escape from prison in
the series finale.
Robert Knepper: Terrifying psychopath T-Bag is also back
for the revival. When we last saw him in the series, he was (thankfully) back
in Fox River.
Rockmund Dunbar: At the end of the series, we saw that the
exonerated C-Note had become a UPS deliveryman.
