Genevieve Magazine‘s November edition is tagged the Bodifidence Issue and who best to grace the cover than fitness poster girl, Kate Henshaw.

The 45-year-old actress shares her fitness journey with the magazine. In her words, “When I was younger I looked at images of older women who had kids but still had lithe athletic bodies and I knew early on what I wanted my body to look like.”
