Roy Hodgson Wants Leicester City Job

Roy Hodgson is interested in talking to Leicester City about the vacant manager's job but it is unclear whether they consider Hodgson a candidate.

Leicester's chairman Khun Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, vice chairman Khun Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, chief executive Susan Wheeler and director of football Jon Rudkin - are involved in discussions about the future manager, although none of those are divulging any information about the process. It is thought Craig Shakespeare will continue in his role as caretaker manager for Saturday's game against Hull, after leading the team to an impressive 3-1 win against Liverpool on Monday night.

Leicester's bosses are drawing up a shortlist of possible candidates, and they plan to reassess the situation after Saturday's game, when they have a 10-day gap before the Champions League, last-16 second leg against Sevilla.
