Artiste: DJ Spinall
Album: DREAMS

One of Nigeria's finest DJ, DJ Spinall released his much anticipated third album and I would say this is probably the most star-studded album as the album titled DREAMS hosted most of African superstars.

With further ado let's talk about what DJ Spinall dreamt about:

The album kicked off with Thinking About You ft. Niniola and it was produced by DJ Spinall himself. Niniola who has one of the dopest single in town, shows us why we should be excited about her debut album which is set to drop in a couple of days, I have always said it and I will say it again Niniola has a distinctive style of music and once again she blessed us with that uniqueness on this song. The rating will be 8/10.

Life Time featuring Wurld followed and this was also produced by DJ Spinall, to be honest this is the best song off the album, from start to finish Wurld killed this song and the production was so on point, DJ Spinall really blew my mind on this, the way he was able to infuse afro sound into this song is spectacular, the rating will be 10/10.

On A Low features Ycee and it is the third track off the album and it was produced by Killertunes. On this track we hear a familiar sound from Ycee as he tried to give us the Juice feeling but in a different style and I have to say he killed it. The rating will be 9/10.

At track four we have Opoju featuring Africa biggest artiste at the moment Wizkid and he really came in hard on the Killertunes produced track, Killertunes did a wonderful work on the production of this song and Wizkid didn’t dull it at all. The rating will be 9/10

Up next is Don’t Let Me Go featuring Simi who just released her debut album Simisola (you can read our review > Reviewing the 'Simisola' album by Simi). Well giving the exceptional job she did on her album we can't expected less from Simi and yes, she didn't disappoint as she also came through on this on the rating will be 8/10.

Mr Eazi makes his appearance on this album, this song was jointly produced by Killertunes and DJ Spinall and just like they did on Ohema once again DJ Spinall and Mr. Eazi thrilled us with a beautiful song titled Calm Down and the rating will be 9/10.
Hanky Panky ft. Harrysong - Harrysong also made his appearance on the album and probably this song should prepare us for what to expect from his forthcoming album. Just like every other artiste has done Harry also didn’t disappoint as he came through on this Killertunes produced track, the rating will be 8/10

Olowo ft. Wande Coal X Davido is one of the earliest singles that was released off the album and when it came out it was well received and it had an 8/10 rating.

Mavin act Reekado Banks also had his vocals on this project with the song titled Buddy. Not a bad song I must say but compared to the standard of other songs on this album this is the weakest song, the Stunna produced track will have a 5/10.

An album like this won’t be complete if Olamide didn’t make an appearance and he did on the last track titled Gimme Luv which was produced by DJ Spinall and Pheelz (Mr. Producer). As expected Olamide came through on this track, this happens to be one of my best track on this album and the rating will be 8/10.

With an album with so much superstar it will be very disappointing if it didn’t live up to expectations but it did as every featured artiste gave a good account of themselves, the total rating of the album will be 8.4/10
