Kiss Daniel vs G-Worldwide court case adjourned to May 16

The court battle between singer; Kiss Daniel and former record label G-Worldwide has been adjourned to the 16th of May.

The Federal High Court in Lagos ruled that as the same evidence which was presented for the grant of the injunctions are same with those submitted to the court for the trial and main issue, the court is constrained to make an order for an accelerated hearing and trial of the matter.

Both parties alongside their witnesses are expected to tender their evidence and testify on May 16.

This legal battle stems from Kiss Daniel’s untimely exit from G-Worldwide to set up his own label; Flyboi Inc. Both parties have reportedly attempted to settle out of court, but this effort has so far, not yielded any result.
