SHOCKING: Wema Bank uses humans as billboard stands

Somewhere is Lagos, Wema Bank is using human beings as billboard stands. It is not clear if this was a marketing strategy or this was done to cut billboard expenses but more than 5 youths were spotted carrying these advert boards.
