Kanye West Donates $73,500 to Nigerian-American Amara Enyia's Campaign to be Mayor of Chicago

Days after Nigerian-American Amara Enyia's who is vying for Chicago mayor was endorsed by Chance the Rapper, she has gotten another significant backing from rapper Kanye West.
Kanye West donated $73,540 (N26.69 million) to make his support solid. The money he donated is the precise amount she required to pay off previous debt incurred while contesting for mayor in 2015. The debt was owed Illinois State Board of Elections.

Enyia's campaign team has thanked "Ye" for his generosity. In a statement, Ms Enyia's campaign team thanked Kanye for his generous action.
