The 2008 sexual
assault case involving Bill Cosby
and Chloe Goins which was said to
have taken place at the Playboy Mansion is been reviewed by the Los Angeles
County prosecutor.
It was
gather that the Police investigation into the sexual accusations made by model
Chloe has been turned over to the district attorney. Jane
Robison, a spokesperson with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s
Office had this to say “The LAPD presented
a case regarding Bill Cosby to our sex crimes division yesterday. It’s under
review. That’s all I’ll say”.
Chloe has
accused Cosby of drugging and assaulting her during a party at the Playboy Mansion
when she was 18 and has it turns out Chloe is one of dozens of women who have
come forward in recent months to accuse the 78-year-old Bill of rape, sexual
assault and drugging their drinks. Former IMG
model, an ex-waitress and a woman who aspired to model for Playboy magazine all
came forward last week accusing Bill of the same crime.
Bill has
been scheduled for a deposition on Oct. 9 by Allred in a civil lawsuit filed by
Judy Huth, who alleged that the TV
legend put his hand down her pants and kissed her at the Playboy Mansion in
1974, when she was 16. Bill has denied
the allegations though no word has been said by his attorney, Martin Singer, who had denied any accusations
made against the comedian in the past.
