58th Annual Grammy Award Nominations

The nominees for the 58th annual Grammy Awards has been announced and we have rapper Kendrick Lamar with the highest nominees (11), Taylor Swift and The Weeknd came second with seven nominees each, Drake with five.

There were a few surprises as Paul McCartney was nominated for two rap Grammys. Seth MacFarlane, the creator of “Family Guy”, got a Best Traditional Pop Vocal album nomination for “No One Ever Tells You”,  which has put him up against Tony Bennett, Bob Dylan, Josh Groban, and Barry Manilow.

American 39th president, Jimmy Carter, also got nominated in the Best Spoken Word album category a category he has been nominated in several times, winning in 2007 and he'll be going up against Dick Cavett, Janis Ian & Jean Smart, Patti Smith and Amy Poehler.
