My Son Made Me More Emotional - Adele

Adele took time out to talk about her music, motherhood and exactly how she feels at the moment.

Today's Matt Lauer had an interview with Adele of recent and she opened up about motherhood, her music, and how she's never been happier than she is right now. Not only does the British singer hold the No. 1 album spot on Billboard's best top 200 albums of all time, but she's also a mother to her 3years old son, Angelo and claims that her son has made her a more emotional person “in every single way possible”.

Adele also claims that she really hit a roadblock while writing songs for her new album 25, she said “I found it impossible for a while. I didn't know what I wanted to write about. . . . What's wrong is I wasn't sad”. This is why her single “Hello” holds such significance, because it's the singer's way of reconnecting with herself and her fans. “I couldn't get over my guilt of leaving my kid to go and write a record and stuff like that. So [it's] getting over that — getting on the other side of that. It was just, you know, it's in general, just hello to everyone”.
