your week has been wonderful, once again it’s time for another episode of Absolute Hearts Music Review, African’s
No 1 musical review.
Without further
ado here are the songs we have for this week.
1. Sean Tizzle - Wasted: Sean Tizzle returns with another decent effort titled Wasted and this song was produced by Krizbeat and I have to say Tizzle didn’t do badly. Not the song that will get the ground going immediately but as time goes on it will sink in. The rating will be 8/10.
2. Dremo ft. Fresh - Cheeii: No offense to other rappers but really Dremo is the hottest lyricist on the block right now, single after single Dremo has continue to go harder. After his still very hot single Who, Dremo returns with Cheeii and on this one he features his producer and together they gave us another 8/10 song.
3. Fioke ft. Jumabee - Independent Woman: This is the kind of song that proves how much Nigeria music industry has grown and artistes like Fioke are definitely one of those that will change our sounds totally. Independent Woman is a brilliant song from head to toe and the rating will be 9/10.
4. Nonso Amadi - Long Live The Queen: Nonso Amadi makes music so sweet and so simple and you begin to wonder if this is really coming out from Nigeria. Long Live The Queen will have a 10 rating. This is a song worth a Grammy nomination
5. Danagog ft. Davido x Mayourkun - Bambiala: Danagog return with another decent song titled Bambiala and on this one he features Davido x Mayourkun and together they gave us an 8/10 rating song.
6. Toby Grey ft. 9ice x Skales – Konibaje: Toby Grey is back and on her latest effort which is titled Konibaje she features Skales x 9ice and all in all they all gave us a decent song with a very cool alujo beat. The rating will be 8/10.
7. Maleek Berry – Magic (Medley): Berry pon this and this one is titled Magic (Medley), this is another decent song from Maleek Berry. The only issue I have with the song is that after the first verse, the originality of the song started fading away as we begin to hear him sing too many familiar lines. Not a bad song to say the least the rating will be 5/10.
8. L.A.X - Call My Baby: L.A.X is really having a good year musically, his previous Runaway did very well, that it got the attention of Wande Coal and a remix was done now the Rasaki solider returns with another decent effort titled Call My Baby and the rating will be 8/10.
9. Dice Ailes - Otedola: Really I ask myself why this guy isn't more famous than he is because his musical talent and creativity is on point. After having a successful hit titled Ella Chocolate City act Dice Ailes returns with another dope joint titled Otedola and as expected he nailed it. The rating will be 8/10.
10. Poe ft. Tiwa Savage - Are You Down: Poe returns with a Don Jazzy produced track title Are You Down and on this one he features label mate Tiwa Savage and together they gave us a decent track. The rating will be 7/10.
