Tboss and I still talk about my disqualification from #BBNaija - Kemen

It was a tough time for Ekemini Aniefiok Ekerette, popularly known as Kemen, when he was disqualified from the Big Brother Naija reality show in 2017, after he was found guilty of touching Tboss inappropriately without her consent.
In a recent interview, Kemen admitted that it was not easy for him to move on from the BBN drama and also stated that, he still talks to T-Boss about the incident.

He said , “It is only right for me to attribute the turnaround to God. We have two kinds of people in the world – those who have things come easily to them and those who fight for everything they have. I am the type who had to fight for all I have in life. I have never won a lottery; so, I had already told myself that if I didn't win the prize money on BBN, I wanted to have an outing that would make my life a bit better. But when I was disqualified in an unpleasant circumstance, I felt it could be the toughest moment of my life. But later, I said to myself that I had faced tough moments; I could decide to make it the toughest or see it as one of those moments and move on. You need to know that we were good friends in the house, but we were both caught up in a controversy that we couldn't control. It was a tense situation for everyone. For the bad blood that transpired, it was a defensive mechanism from both of us. But situations shouldn't define us because we already know who we are and it will be stupid to let a momentary incident destroy our friendship”
