Judge Rejects Kesha's Last Effort To Free Herself From Sony And Dr. Luke

 
Kesha remains with Sony on Wednesday after a New York judge rejected her emergency order to get her out of her contract with the company and Dr. Luke. The 29years old singer sued the music producer in 2014 for sexual assault and battery and was seeking to invalidate her recording contracts with him and his company. Dr. Luke, 42, filed a countersuit and called her allegations defamatory. He also said he didn't rape Kesha and have never had sex with her.

Khloe Kardashian's Talk Show Canceled After 14 Episodes

 
Less than three months after its debut, Khloe Kardashian's first talk show has been canceled. According to a statement from FYI and Pilgrim Media Group, Kocktails With Khloe will finish with 14 episodes.

PSG Are Ahead Of City But Not By Much

 
Laurent Blanc believes Paris St Germain are ahead of Manchester City when it comes to having a European pedigree. The PSG coach does not accept they will be the clear favourites when the teams go head to head on Wednesday in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie in the French capital. Both are owned by Middle East investors and are now two of the most wealthy clubs in world football. 
PSG recently clinched their fourth straight Ligue 1 title with eight games remaining so their focus is now on claiming a maiden Champions League title. City, meanwhile, have won the Premier League title twice since their Abu Dhabi owners took charge of the club in 2008 and Blanc admits the Citizens have a similar history to PSG.

West Ham Midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate Has Red Card Overturned

 
The controversial red card issued to West Ham midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate in Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace has been overturned by the FA. The club's appeal of wrongful dismissal was upheld so Kouyate will not serve a three-match suspension and will be available for Saturday's London derby against Arsenal.

Prosecutor Wants Suspended Sentence For Antonio Conte

 
A prosecutor is seeking a suspended six-month sentence for Antonio Conte over his alleged role in a match-fixing case. Italian public prosecutor Roberto Di Martino formalised his request on Tuesday as Conte's fast-track trial began. Conte did not attend the hearing.  Di Martino also requested that Italy coach and future Chelsea boss Conte be handed an €8,000 fine.
