Everything You Need To Know About Kim Kardashian's Second Child

The West family just became bigger as Kim Kardashian made the exciting announcement that she and her husband Kanye West had welcomed their second child, a baby boy, early Saturday morning.

“KANYE AND I WELCOME OUR BABY BOY!" Kim wrote on her website and app, the message also stated that “Mother and son are doing well”. Kim had one day earlier posted on social media a selfie showing her nine-month-old baby bump, saying, “Ready whenever you are lol”.

The star, who was also rumoured to be planning to get induced early, revealed before Thanksgiving that there was a chance she'd have to get a C-section this time around because her baby was breech, meaning his body was turned in the womb. Fortunately, Kim was able to undergo a procedure over the Thanksgiving-holiday weekend to have the baby turned in the correct direction, head pointing down.

Here are some facts that you really didn’t know about the birthday of the famous couple's son's which was yesterday;

Fact 1: Kim's original due date was on Christmas Day, but clearly the Wests little miracle arrived a few weeks before and that sounds like the Christmas just got bigger in terms of attendance.

Fact 2: Kim son was breech but after much research to find every way to remedy the situation and working closely with her doctors, Kim announced just a few days ago that her baby had been flipped. “They gave me an IV with medication to relax my uterus, and then three doctors attempted to work together to turn the baby, there was a risk that my water might break or the baby's heart rate could drop in which case, an emergency C-section would then take place. I went in with my sisters and my husband. I was prepared for it all!. They don't give you any pain medication, and let me tell you: This was soooooo painful probably more painful than childbirth. BUT it worked!!!

Fact 3: Though not all of the Kardashian family was by Kim's side as she went into labor, but her mother Kris Jenner and older sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian were at the hospital throughout. Kanye was just in New York City to accept an award for his footwear designs this week, he made it just in time to meet his first son..

Fact 4: Kim revealed days ago that all potential names were completely out the window, she said “we can't think of a good name, it’s so hard!” This means that the new addition to the West family doesn’t have a name yet, well I would suggest South, since there is already a North and West is the family name

Fact 5: North's little brother is going to be surrounded by several first cousins who are all very close in age. How close? Like almost a year to the day close.
