Antonio Conte Can Be A Success At Chelsea

 
Carlo Ancelotti has tipped his ex-Juventus player, Antonio Conte to succeed in England with Chelsea, with the Italy manager preparing to begin his tenure next season. Conte, who took charge of Juve after 13 years as a player, won three successive Serie A titles from 2012 to 2014 before becoming boss of the Azzurri and Ancelotti, who won the Premier League and FA Cup during the first of two seasons in west London from 2009-2011, is confident that his 46-year-old former charge can do likewise.

Rafa Nadal Withdraws From Queen's Club Event

 
Rafa Nadal has been forced to pull out of the Aegon Championships at Queen's Club due to his left wrist injury. The niggling wrist injury dogged the left-handed Spaniard last month and led to his withdrawal from the French Open on Friday following his 6-3 6-0 6-3 second-round win over Facundo Bagnis, before which he had a painkilling injection.

Belgium coach Marc Wilmots has confirmed his 23-man squad for Euro 2016 after being rocked by further defensive injuries on Monday. The 47years old had already seen captain Vincent Kompany and Bjorn Engels ruled out of the tournament in France, and fellow defenders Nicolas Lombaerts and Dedryck Boyata were added to the casualty list on Monday. Lombaerts, who was a contender for a starting spot in the absence of Kompany, has a thigh muscle tear, while Boyata was ruled out after tearing a muscle in training.

Rain Continue To Disrupt French Open


Rain caused havoc for a fourth consecutive day at the French Open, although Novak Djokovic had enough time to open up a lead on Roberto Bautista Agut. After Monday's first washout in 16 years, there was more of the same on Tuesday with two separate suspensions as well as a delayed start and two schedule changes before play was abandoned at 7pm local time.

Maze Runner: The Death Cure Delayed To 2018

 
Production on the third and final Maze Runner hit a serious snag a little over a month ago when star Dylan O’Brien was involved in a nasty accident and got hurt pretty badly, from the sounds of it, though there were conflicting reports about the specifics of his injuries. Regardless, the kid was out of commission for a good long stretch. Though there was hope at the outset that the actor would recover quickly enough to let shooting continue on a slightly delayed timetable, Fox ended up halting production indefinitely in order to let O’Brien heal.

Jesse Eisenberg has now confirmed that he’ll reprise his role as Lex Luthor in Justice League.
